Function require

_.require(jsArray, Callback, local)

Load/Require a javascript file
if a file is starting with _ then it is a _.js module
DO not use _ as first character on own modules! (unless you do a pull request.)

Parameter list

Type	@var	Description	Required
object	[object]	Wrapper	Optional
string|array	jsArray	the array of files to load (or string)	Required
function	Callback	the Callback function	Required
bool	[local]	if set to true then load the local copy.	Optional

Example:

_.require(['a', 'r', 'ra', 'y'], function () { doSomeThing(); })

Returns:

null
