support for compiling with clang -x cuda?

Is compiling AMReX's CUDA device code with clang -x cuda supported (e.g. https://llvm.org/docs/CompileCudaWithLLVM.html)?

When I try to do so with LLVM 13 + CUDA 11.4, CMake correctly detects clang as a CUDA compiler:
