ymax-planner: Factory contract should emit subscriptionId

PRs #11714 and #11713 implement CCTP transaction monitoring. GMP transaction monitoring will be added in a follow-up.

Requirement for GMP implementation: The Factory contract must emit subscription IDs in its events to enable proper transaction tracing and matching by the ymax planner.
