As a user, I want to be able to interact with a Liveblog publisher. Since Liveblog entries are stored as comments, we can store replies to each entry as a nested comment and maybe use core's reply-to-comments to provide an inline reply experience.

The focus should still be on the Liveblog entries, but users should be able to dive into other viewer comments if they like.
