Circle Sweep appears mirrored from wire (conical helix)

I currently have the following CadQuery 2 code. It produces the attached rendering. How can it be explained that the sweep is not following the wire it is based on?

You need to move your profile so that it is on the path. It was on the origin, leading to unexpected behavior. You may also want to use the move() I added to ensure that the profile is centered on the start of the path the way you want it.
