Add wallet integration doc to dev doc site

Purpose

To add wallet integration documentation to the developer docs site based on existing Google doc. This provides guidance for decision-makers and technical evaluators considering Concordium blockchain integration into crypto wallets.

Changes

New Integration section with 5 pages:

• Wallet integration (landing page with overview and navigation)
• Integrate Concordium's ID layer (two integration paths plus ZKP explanation)
• Support transactions (transaction types and protocol-level tokens)
• Support staking (delegation and reward management)
• Connect your wallet to the network (node setup and proxy architecture)

Key decisions:

• Removed promotional language while preserving essential technical information
• Separated feature descriptions from page navigation on landing page
• Added hover text for technical terms
• Maintained focus on decision-makers and technical evaluators
