Recent Create updates trying to load configs incorrectly #9469
Description
Context
The game won't even boot up past the configs. Create is trying to load something either in the wrong order or it's calling something that is null or broken. I tried my own troubleshooting but can't figure this one. If the log doesn't load I'll try to fix it.
