Busy status to include the macro file that is running when busy

Provide (via OM) some way to see what macro is running while a macro is running that would be helpful. See also "Report filename in error messages".

There is a problem with this request, which is that there could be several active Input channels, and each one of them could be executing a stack of nested macros.

To Tony's request, can't this be represented in the object module as a dynamic tree?

As for the error message, just including the file name with the line number will make it easier to locate, regardless of the input channel.
