Support XY coordinate offsets in M669 parameters for polar kinematics #993
Description
Currently the X0 Y0 point on the bed of a polar printer is the axis of rotation, where the singularity is. It would be helpful to be able to move it, in the same way that we allow it to be moved when using Scara kinematics.
