Remove `QNameCreator` compatibility class

Helper class `QNameCreator` was added in Woodstox 3.2.x to work around some issues with older App Server having incompatible version of `QName` class. But it has been 15 years since the release in which this was needed so let's get rid of this work-around for Woodstox 7.0
