Currently the mouseover only displays the read name but there is more info that can be displayed (quality at position, deletion at position, inserted bases at position, modifications at position, etc)

These details about currently clicked position are available in igv on click, but probably it would be on mouseover in jbrowse. could be something else too but click produces feature details
