In the Harvesting → Harvestable resources section of the Admin site, the should_be_harvested column contains checkboxes that users can select manually.

However, when there are multiple harvestable resources, we need to add actions where will be able to mark and unmark all the harvestable resources that have been discovered by the harvester.
