Breaking Changes in v0.19.2

Hello, I'm encountering CI failures in my packages that appear unrelated to my code changes and I wasn’t sure whether to make an issue or comment in #960. The failures in my case happened when using StatsBase (v0.34.7) together with the latest DataStructures v0.19.2 release and were introduced by the breaking changes in #954.

Applying the fix from #960 resolves the problem on my end. A release of #960 when it is ready as 0.19.3 would be great

Same problem here. CI failures caused by DataStructures.jl seem to be happening across various ecosystems.

Fixed by #960 which is about to be released in DataStructures@0.19.3.
