Add support for Figma's Remote MCP Server (requires OAuth).

Figma Dev Mode is now an available MCP Server.

@bturcotte520 That's not the same MCP server. The Dev mode MCP server (which has been available when I opened the request) requires the desktop app (Mac, Windows) that doesn't work on Linux.
I'm trying with the following config, but can't connect to the Remote MCP Server:

"figma-remote-mcp": {
  "type": "http",
  "url": "https://mcp.figma.com/mcp"
}

While the config for the Dev mode MCP Server (local desktop app), installed from the marketplace is this:

"figma-dev-mode": {
  "type": "sse",
  "url": "http://127.0.0.1:3845/sse"
 }

Please correct me if I'm wrong.

EDIT: The above config for the Remote Figma MCP works on VS Code with Copilot.
