Describe the bug

After adding multiple RPCs to a network, the Select RPC screen does not display the RPCs, if accessed from the Network Manager.

If accessed from the hamburger menu --> Networks, the issue is not present

Issue not present in 13.4.0

Expected behavior

Display the list of available RPCs

Steps to reproduce

1. Add multiple RPCs to a network
2. Click the RPC of the network from the Network Manager
3. Notice Select RPC screen opens, but it's blank
4. Go to Hamburger menu and Networks
5. Click the RPC from there
6. Notice Select RPC screen opens and displays the correct RPCs
