Describe the bug
Multiple legacy account syncing are performed in very rare edge cases. Only one should ever be performed for each SRP. This bug makes it so that multichain account names are always overwritten by legacy account syncing data.
Expected behavior
Only one legacy account syncing should be performed, and then only multichain account syncing should happen instead.
