[Bug]: Perps & Predict: update keypad CTA to "Continue" instead of "Add funds" #22726

Describe the bug
We're showing Add Funds as the CTA in the keypad instead of Continue when language is English. Slack thread
When the language is Portuguese, we correctly show Continue but then on the next screen we still show it as Continue.
Expected behavior
We should show Continue in the keypad and Add funds in the final confirmation.
