Hi, how do you remove the keycaps with the stabilizers? do you just pull them up like any other keycap?

Yup, you do. On my specific keyboard, the keycaps with stabilizers aren't two pieces like all the other keycaps, just a single piece. Just don't pull up too hard so you don't snap the little retaining clip on the backplate the stabilizer slides into.
