Drop advanced episodes

In order to keep the workshop to a reasonable length during learners' work/school days, we need to drop episodes 6 and 7, "Reconciliation of Values" and "Looking Up Data".

Should look into how to preserve this content for a potential Advanced workshop. (maybe fork this repo before removing them?)
