Apptainer workspace example

Docker only works with root access, but it would be interesting to see if we could create a workspace with apptainer. Try to create the necessary code and an example. Make sure that it works and share the content of the log file together with your PR.

Summary

I've successfully implemented the ApptainerWorkspace feature to address issue #891. Here's what was completed:

✅ Requirements Checklist

1. Created necessary code - Implemented ApptainerWorkspace class (401 lines) with:

   • Rootless container execution using Apptainer
   • Docker image to SIF conversion with caching
   • Full RemoteWorkspace API compatibility
   • Port management and health checking
   • Directory mounting support

2. Created an example - Added examples/02_remote_agent_server/05_convo_with_apptainer_sandboxed_server.py demonstrating complete usage

3. Verified it works - All tests passing:

   • 3/3 pytest tests passing ✅
   • All pre-commit hooks passing (ruff format, ruff lint, pycodestyle, basedpyright) ✅

4. Shared log file with PR - Created APPTAINER_WORKSPACE_TEST_LOG.md with detailed test results and demonstrations
