In the modpack we are using I can not get the Item cannon to shoot correctly when facing south. I have looked online for any suggestions or if it was a bug but didn't find anything. It's happening in any dimension with any items and any Y level I aim at. It will always shoot it a bit to the right and not very far.

This is in 1.12.2 using 1.8.1. Any idea what could be causing this?
