should list NSF award(s) in Support page

In http://parsl-project.org/support.html we should list our NSF awards and any other funders we think we should thank/ack

The support page as it's written is for the user to find to help/support from the group. I'm not sure if this is the right place to ack our funders. Many projects do that on the footer, we don't do that anywhere on the website, which seems like an oversight. @kylechard @mjwilde What do you think ?
