The major change in TAXSIM32 formatted data vs TAXSIM35 is the ages of dependents. Instead of having direct dependent ages the input fields include depx, dep13, dep17 and dep18.

Some other inputs from TAXSIM35 are not available in 32 which is irrelevant here since we will set them to 0 by default if not available.
