EasyInvoice - Investigate Memory leak (also in Request Checkout) #139

Problem
There seems to be a memory leak in some of our Next.js apps:
- EasyInvoice
- Request Checkout
Example:
@aimensahnoun restarted Request Checkout on Sep 2 and it started at 180 MB memory. On Sep 4, it had grown to 1.5 GB memory.
