Problem (one or two sentences)

Once you close VSCode in the middle of a subtask, reopening VSCode and resuming the subtask, it will not have an option to return back to the orchestrator. Instead you need to go yourself to the task history, click on the original orchestrator task and paste there the markdown of the task completion from the subtask yourself

When users are using Orchestrator mode and close VScode

Reproduction steps

1. change mode to orchestrator
2. begin a subtask
3. exit vscode before the subtask is complete
4. open vscode
5. continue until the task is complete

Expected result

Subtask should still have the ability to return to the orchestrator

Actual result

No option to return with the subtask completion summary
