I've created a PR for an update for TYPO3 v13 based on the 12.x branch. As far as I've been able to test everything should be working.

There is a download button on repository page
https://github.com/beechit/direct_mail_v13/tree/v13

If you meant download with composer, you can use two commands
composer config repositories.directmailv13 git https://github.com/beechit/direct_mail_v13
composer req directmailteam/direct-mail:v13.x-dev
