Issues installing on Python 3.12 and 3.13

I got a couple of feedback items that this was not working:

I am having issues installing Circup on three different computers, one LUbunutu, 2 x XUbuntu. Ihave tried installing Python 3.12 and 3.13, because I read that there was a difference between them. One of the messages states I am having trouble with openssl not being able to communicate with Circup or Github. Are there updated installation instructions on Linux?

Some possibly relevant errors from pip install:

ERROR: Could not find a version that satisfies the requirement circup-2-2-2 (from versions: none)
ERROR: No matching distribution found for circup-2-2-2
