Update full project files and directories

Hi.

Did you tried to make a script to update all files and directories, looking at the time of them to update? so a way to keep in sync the local project folder to the CircuitPyhton device folder?

It has been a long time since I wrote (or even used) this, but I seem to recall there being a hurdle to doing that. Maybe the API does (or did) not give file mod info or maybe I just didn't get to it. 🤷

Feel free to implement. PRs (or even just forks) are welcome.

Ok, I will fork and then try to make a PR.

This are the steps I will follow:

#      Ignore the PROJECT_FILES_FOLDERS_TO_IGNORE.

So I just made the PR.

It is like a full code change, I don't know if it works as you wish. If you prefer to not accept the PR, I will at least keep a link in the README of my fork linking to your code. Thanks!!
