Advantage of Kafka in video stream #1

Hi,
I have some question, if possible please guaidance me.
I'm working of video streaming project. and the company has 200 IP Cameras. and I want to created distribured system as video surveillance. I used Nvidia jetson for each ten of cameras for procesing.
I want to know, What's advantage of kafka in this distributed system?
