What are the steps to reproduce this bug?

1. Enable the whiteboard in the study screen.
2. Draw with one finger.
3. Tap the buttons with another finger.

Edit: it's not specific to the new study screen.

Expected behaviour

Ideal behavior is ending the current draw, set the brush, and continue
