Github stats from Languages used is incorrect for me #4276

|
Hello, I have used this github-readme-stats for my readme. For the most languages used one, It says that my top language is Jupyter Notebook but I don't have that many projects in jupyter notebook. I have many projects in JavaScript and HTML CSS, but they are ranked lower than it. You can check this by visiting my profile. Please help. I dont know if this is a bug or did I do any mistake while using the API. Need your help on this.Thanks. |

Hi! This isn’t a bug, github-readme-stats calculates languages based on file size, not number of projects. A single large Jupyter Notebook file can outweigh multiple smaller JavaScript or HTML files. |

Use the exclude_repo parameter to ignore specific repos:

Replace repo-name with the name of the repo that contains the Jupyter Notebook. Then make sure there is no space between your username and the "&"
