[Need feedback] ESM format and exports field in package.json

Library now use cjs, umd and esm formats as output.

Also starting to implement exports field for package.json.
It's kinda twisted, so I will appreciate any feedback.

So you can copy-paste package.json file from my PR to your node_modules/react-horizontal-scrolling-menu and check if your app builds and works properly, specify Node version, and if you use CRA/NextJS/rollup/webpack/etc.
