Description

Observed Behavior:

• create open capacity reservation
• enable feature gate
• instances no longer use open capacity reservation

Expected Behavior:

• instances use open capacity reservation

** Bug **:

here the CapacityReservationPreference should not be set to "None" but nil
... "None" can still be useful, but should be an opt-in behavior

Versions:

• Chart Version: 1.5.0
• Kubernetes Version: 1.31
