So I've seen an issue below that reported the same thing: regular interval stuttering that makes the game unplayable.

Clues:

• I am using Windows 7 SP1 x64
• Using Diablo 2 - LoD v1.14d with PlugY v14.02
• The stutters calm down after a while - very interesting. If you leave the game running for 10 minutes and return to it, the stutters become so small that they are barely noticeable (though still there)
• Sometimes when the stutters happen, black spots appear on the bottom of the map (not the UI) or in other directions (depends on where you're running with your character)
• Happens both in windowed mode and fullscreen.
• Happens both with VSync on and off
• No option changed in the CFG fixes it

It would REALLY help a lot of people if you fixed this, because this is BY FAR the best wrapper out there. It is so smooth when it's running correctly - the FPS is godly. Not to mention that it works quite well with perspective on. Massive congratulations for your work.
