Hey, here's a copy of the ideas I had that we discussed:

Extract the entire Current feature flags section from the feature-flags.mdx to a new docs/feature-flags.md file.
Revise the table content and columns to be applicable to both react and web components. Things like: Remove Javascript flag column and replace it with Flag in @carbon/react and Flag in @carbon/web-components columns. Rename Codemod available ➡️ React codemod column. Add Web components codemod column (this will intentionally be empty for now as we have no web components codemods to my knowledge).
Import this plain markdown file into the packages/react/src/components/FeatureFlags/overview.mdx like this
Render it in the spot where the Current feature flags section used to be.
Add a packages/web-components/src/components/FeatureFlags/overview.mdx to the web components storybook
Import the plain markdown file into that one too.
Write up web-components-specific feature flag documentation in that file that mirrors the react structure where possible

With this setup we can update flag info/table in one place, docs/feature-flags.md, and it'll automatically be pulled into each storybook.

docs/feature-flags.md is also valuable on it's own - we can link people to it during support, for instance. It also links to the more in depth experimental-code.md for us.
