Nuget package should be renamed #15
Description
Currently the nuget package is named StandardWebhooks however this package is lacking a prefix for codefactors. As such the package should be renamed to `Codefactors.StandardWebhooks.
As part of this change the namespace needs to be updated & old package deprecated with downloads transferred.
