Support Custom Fields on Line Items

Working on a project that requires numerous custom options on a line item, the CP experience is not really great (a large JSON field). Converting line items into elements and therefore allowing custom fields and conditions would improve the experience for developers and editors.

We have "memberships" that are sold. The memberships could be related to either an Entry or a User. For the time-being, I've added a custom option for every line item elementId that just references the ID the line item (membership) belongs to. It's incredibly brittle, but it works. Custom fields on line items would be perfect for looking up the relationships.
