Popup windows do not handle long text correctly #303
Description
Describe the bug
If in the help text popup windows in the reports (e.g. click on "show") it needs to display a long text, then the end of the text is not shown and there is no way to scroll to the rest of the text
To Reproduce
Create a report with a long text to display (e.g. long prompt sent to the judge, then generate the report and click on "show" link to display the long text)
Expected behavior
should be able to access all text

Suggested Fix
Update the popup window to allow scrolling or similar
