Marimekko Chart

Can we create a Marimekko chart using dc.js?

Interesting idea, @anurag6792. It would take some work to get dc.js to draw these charts.

Currently the bars of the bar chart are positioned according to the x scale, so that part is good. However, the width is calculated based on the number of bars shown, so we'd need #540 the ability to have the bar widths based on the next bar. Then I think it is just a matter of assigning the X positions based on the portions out of 100%.

Another interesting thing is that the X values are potentially the product of another crossfilter group, or this would use a 2D (multikey) group.
