Description:

We need a way to visually distinguish Foundation members and other moderators in the client

Proposal:

• Add support in the Feature Flag system to tag specific wallet addresses.
• Badge is shown only for addresses defined in the Feature Flag service.
• Client should render a distinctive moderator badge in the UI. Here are the designs.

Affects the following components in the UI (listed in order of priority):

• Name tag & Chat bubble
• Chat entries (sent and received)
• Profile card
• Private chat title bar
• ChatConversationsToolbarViewItem
• Chat online people view
• Friends. Every entry: friends, requests sent & received, bocked
• Context menu
• Profile menu
