[QA] Chat | Hover menu broken on name click

📔 Issue Description:

In any chat (DM or community), when hovering over the name of the community or user, there should be a container that, when clicked, opens a contextual menu.
Currently, the hover state is missing on the name in the chat title bar, and the menu can only be opened by clicking the thumbnail.

👣 STR:

1. Open any chat (DM or community).
2. Hover over the community/user name in the chat title bar.
3. Try to open the contextual menu by clicking the name.

✔️ Expected Result:

Hovering over the name should show a container, and clicking it should open the contextual menu.

❌ Actual Result with evidence:

The hover state is missing on the name in the chat title bar.
The contextual menu only opens when clicking the thumbnail.
