Markdown filter is missing when generating a report

Hi all,

I've created a html-template file with markdown filters like the documentation explained. e.g.

<div style="margin-bottom:1.2em"><strong>Description:</strong><br><div style="margin-top:0.3em">{{ case.description|markdown }}</div></div>

But when im clicking on generate report I get this error message:

{"status": "error", "message": "Failed to generate the report", "data": "No filter named 'markdown'."}

Im using the docker image.

I found this file:

iris-web/source/app/__init__.py

Line 93 in a4bfeda

app.jinja_env.filters['unquote'] = lambda u: urllib.parse.unquote(u)

but im not sure if i just need to add

app.jinja_env.filters['markdown'] = lambda text: markdown.markdown(text)

or if im wrong there. Would appreciate your expertise
