The infrastructure should all be there, why not give it a try by editing makeboards.py? Without one in-hand, I am sure I'd miss something, but you probably have one just waiting to go live.

Look at the sparkfun_xrp_controller . You'll be setting the CYW43 settings there (including PSRAM) and need a variant directory, which you could base off of that same board (updating the CYW43 pinout of course).

Need to add #define PICO_RP2350A 0 to get a 2350B in its pins.h, as well.
