Any plans to internationalize to user facing errors (linking errors etc.)?

Hey,

We've been spending some time internationalizing validation messages that we have added for our grammars. In the process we noticed that linking errors such as "Could not resolve reference to" would require us to override Langium code to get to them.

Do you have any plans to internationalize these?

I initially had the DefaultLinker override in mind when it came to localizing the string - but now I actually think that we should provide default translations (at least for the 13 common VS Code languages) for this message. Do you mind raising an issue about this?

How does internationalization of language server messages work? 🤔

@spoenemann we can discuss this in #2040, but its mainly about the localization of diagnostics and so on. The language clients sends the current locale in the initialize message. We can use that so localize all strings that are displayed to the user.
