Add test that checks the versions of the example events. #403

Summary
As a maintainer of the Eiffel protocol
I want there to be a test that makes sure that the versions of the example events in the examples/events directory are kept in sync with the latest version of each event
So that the examples reflect the current reality and that people modifying schemas get a reminder to update the examples with new fields etc.
Context
It's easy to forget to update the example events when you add a new field, but failing tests will get people's attention. It's also reasonable that the examples can be used more or less as-is. That won't necessarily be the case just because they're using the latest version of the spec, but we'll be in a better place than otherwise.
