Implement periodic upload of enso-project archive for open hybrid projects.

TODO

• Listen to the fs events in the project directory (suggested chokidar)
• Periodically run project upload. Project upload can take time, make sure that the upload tasks don't overlap
• On project close, check if the project is in sync with the cloud
• (Optionally) introduce a saved/unsaved/saving project state that can be displayed in gui in the future
