Change Request: CommonJS always allows top-level `using` declarations

Top-level using declarations are not allowed for sourceType: script, but I would like them to be allowed for sourceType: commonjs.

What do you think is the correct solution?

Add the option to acorn and use it if sourceType: commonjs.

Thanks for the suggestion. I'd like some more details on this. If top-level using is not allowed in scripts, why would we want to allow it in CommonJS?

I thought it was necessary because nodejs v24.2.0 allowed it. But it seems like it might be a bug in nodejs, in which case no option is needed. nodejs/node#58663

Looks like it was confirmed as not a bug, so we should add support for this one Acorn decides how they want to support it.

Just sharing, the PR to add new option to Acorn has been merged.
Once released we can start working on Espree.
