SQL queries need type checking, and each query has its own type checks required. So we should have a sql function constructor:

— sql<string> foo(a, b):
string a:
integer b: 0

select foo from some_table where a=$a and b>$b limit 1;

— string foo(a, b):
$sql$: true
string a:
integer b: 0

select foo from some_table where a=$a and b>$b limit 1;
