Create shared threat Log Injection #841

Description of Problem:
"Log Injection" has been a shared threat replicated between both Audit Logs (https://github.com/finos/common-cloud-controls/pull/817/files/665d78b9b773f0b4a6e90cf8ec2d158d45071029) and Logging, I would like to propose we move it to be a shared threat
Potential Solutions:
Create a "Log Injection" shared threat and then update Audit Logs and Logging to use that shared threat
