Automate generation of code snippits - common items

## Feature Request

### Description of Problem:

When a common capability, threat or control is added there is an extra manual step required to keep the code snippets up to date.

### Potential Solutions:

A GitHub action which generates the code snippet files which is run on pull requests so that the snippets files are always in sync with the source files.
